Display your beautiful wooden or classic boat at the 2015 Wooden Boat Festival. This is an opportunity to show off your boat or maybe trade or sell it to another wooden boat enthusiast. Artist's Application

The Wooden Boat Festival Planning Committee is seeking artist vendors for the 2014 Wooden Boat Festival. The Festival prefers to feature handmade art, photography, furniture and jewelry with a nautical, maritime theme or Louisiana theme. If you are an artist specializing in these types of work, please complete the artist vendor application for consideration. This form also includes details regarding dates and time, fees, booth size, festival passes, parking, and more.

Note: Artist applications will be reviewed and notification of acceptance sent as they are received. No applications will be accepted after September 15. Full payment must be received by September 15.

Food Vendors Application

The Wooden Boat Festival Planning Committee is seeking Food Vendors for the 2014 Wooden Boat Festival. Louisiana specialties are encouraged as well as “festival food” and sweet treats. If you would like to be featured at the Wooden Boat Festival, please complete the Food Vendor application for consideration. This form also includes details regarding dates and time, fees, booth size, festival passes, parking, and more.

Note: All Food Vendor forms are due on August 1. Notification of acceptance will be mailed on August 15. Full payment and Certificate of Insurance (naming LPBMM as an additional insured) must be received by September 15.

Children’s Village Application

The Wooden Boat Festival Planning Committee is seeking Children’s Village activities and amusements for the 2014 Wooden Boat Festival. The Festival prefers to feature a wide variety of activities, amusements and educational booths for children ages 1 to 14 in Children’s Village. If you would like to be featured in Children’s Village, please complete the Children’s Village Attraction/Vendor application for consideration. This form also includes details regarding dates and time, fees, booth size, festival passes, parking, and more.

Marine Vendors Application

The Wooden Boat Festival Planning Committee is seeking marine/nautical vendors for the 2014 Wooden Boat Festival. The Festival prefers to feature businesses that specialize in marine sales and service, including boats sellers, boating accessories, and the like. If your business falls into this field, please complete the marine/nautical vendor application for consideration. The Wooden Boat Festival Planning Committee has booth space available for Non-Profit Organizations for the 2014 Wooden Boat Festival. If you would like to be featured at the Wooden Boat Festival, please complete the Non-Profit Application. If you would like to be located in Children’s Village, please complete the Children’s Village/Amusement Vendor application (and note “non-profit”) for consideration.   • July 15 – Deadline for 2013 Food and Snack Food Vendors to commit for 2014
  • August 1 – Food Vendor Applications Due
  • August 15 – Food Vendor Acceptance Notices sent
  • September 12 – Deadline to submit Wooden and Classic Boat Applications
  • September 15 – All vendor payments must be made in full
